Sri Lanka is Greenheart Travel’s newest volunteer destination and we are so proud to be partnering with a local non-profit to support elephant conservation. Human-elephant conflict is a regular struggle on the island, and through your support and volunteering, you can monitor elephants and educate locals on conservation.

However, not many people know about the beauty this island holds or what to expect on our volunteer program. So for this week’s photo Friday, we wanted to share a few snapshots of Sri Lanka!
