#tbt "It's better to see something once than to hear about it a thousand times" This trip was worth every penny, every train transfer, every steep and dangerous step on the trails. The 'Thai Smile' is a big part of the Thai culture. There are approximately 13 ways in which a Thai person can smile. Eg. The 'yim yaw' smile could mean "I told you so" or 'Yim Cheun Chom' which means "I admire you" or "I am proud of you".
